Together, we will take a deep exhale, a sacred moment to reflect, release and receive. Allowing the next season to reveal itself through resonance.
Join us for an inner sound journey, combining light breath work, vocal toning and a rich soundscape of ancient Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, melodic chimes, and most importantly, restorative silence.

We will guide you into a meditative state with breathwork and sound, further supported by ceremonial cacao. Ceremonial cacao is a gentle and heart opening medicine that offers deep healing and connection to self and others.
